Well done to both our  6th class girls’ and boys’ teams who travelled to Midleton FC to take part in the 5-a-side tournament. It was a wonderful day, with both teams performing at their best.

The boys did extremely well reaching the semi final, having won four games and drawing one. It was a very exciting semi-final with the game going to extra time, unfortunately they were beaten 1-0 in the the final minutes. We are very proud of their performance !

The girls were on high spirits after winning six of their seven games , leaving them in 2nd place on the league table, we are waiting patiently for other blitzes to finish and will then know if we qualify for playoffs, watch this space!
